The new resolution 1874 against North Korea in which the nuclear test "on the most sharp becomes convictedly" was dismissed unanimously by all 15 member states of the security council, under it was also the only allied China of North Korea. UN ambassador of China Zhang Yesui called the vote "positive signal for the determination of the international community to stop nuclear weapon programme of (North Korea)". The neighbouring country South Korea which had taken part in the negotiations about the resolution also welcomed the resolution.


Seoul in worry

 

Only few minutes before new threatening gesture of North Korea the neighbouring country South Korea had welcomed the new resolution of the Security Council to the latest nuclear test in the neighbouring country North Korea emphatically. The action reflects the "common and determined will" of the security council to prevent nuclear activities of North Korea and wide spreading of weapons of mass destruction, one said on Saturday in an explanation of the foreign ministry in Seoul.
