Membership

Article 3

The original members of the Renewed United Nations shall be the states and international legal personalities which, together with the Kingdom of Germany, establish the Organisation of the “Renewed United Nations” through a constituent act and/or before the constituent act have already signed a declaration of accession to the Renewed United Nations, sign the present Charter and ratify it in accordance with Article 112.

Article 4

(1) Membership in the Renewed United Nations is open to all other peace-loving states which accept the obligations contained in the present Charter and, in the judgment of the Organisation, are able and willing to carry out these obligations.

(2) The admission of any such state to membership in the Renewed United Nations will be effected by a decision of the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Governing Council of the Head of the German State.

Article 5

A member of the Renewed United Nations against which preventive or enforcement action has been taken by the Security Council may be suspended from the exercise of the rights and privileges of membership by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council. The exercise of these rights and privileges may be restored by the Security Council. The Governor-General has a veto right.

Article 6

A member of the Renewed United Nations which has persistently violated the principles contained in the present Charter may be expelled from the Organisation by the General Assembly upon recommendation of the Governing Council or the Head of State of the Kingdom of Germany.
