Aims, Purposes and Principles

Article 1

The supranational international organisation “Renewed United Nations”, hereafter referred to as “the Organisation”, has set itself the following purposes:

1. To maintain lasting interrnational peace and security and to that end to take, implement and enforce effective collective, international and national measures for the prevention and removal of threats to peace, so that acts of aggression and other breaches of peace are no longer necessary and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which may lead to a breach of the peace;
2. To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;
3. To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, ownership structures or religion;
4. To in general promote a political system which respects the laws of creation;
5. To introduce, issue and implement a worldwide, in principle debt-free and interest-free state currency backed by real values with respect for national interests and national emblems in every nation of the world which is a member and further to introduce these monetary principles throughout the world with the high purpose of establishing a world currency based on these principles;
6. To establish a cooperative economic system;
7. To promote a health service under public law and other social systems to give every person the possibility to maintain their physical, emotional, mental and psychological health, assure safety and security, thereby respecting and fostering personal initiative and self-determination;
8. To promote science and research for the good of all humankind;
9. To promote education with life-oriented content which leads to understanding among nations, peace, social justice, personal responsibility, self-determination and freedom, to values and ethics, to abundance, happiness and love;
10. To eliminate unjust and harmful system structures in all fields of human and political life;
11. To eliminate corruption, arbitrariness and injustice in the member countries;
12. To promote a development favouring personal responsibility and self-determination of nations and peoples and to eliminate dependence;
13. To protect natural resources and the environment worldwide;
14. To bring about technological renewal in the sectors of energy, recycling and other fields;
15. To promote a holistic religion which cultivates recognition of values and ethics in a person and the ability to feel and live love of oneself and other people and a love of natural resources and the creator;
16. To promote understanding among nations;
17. To be a centre for harmonising the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.

For these ends

• the Organisation maintains its own legislative body, its own jurisdiction and internationally active executive organs, which are organised and empowered to act in accordance with the constitution of the Kingdom of Germany, the constitutions of the nations and the present Charter;
• the Organisation promotes, organises and protects national establishment of independent, state-owned media committed to reporting the truth, which work in accordance with the principles of the constitution of the state of the Kingdom of Germany;
• the Organisation, as a body authorised to issue directives, cooperates with national authorities, public offices, bodies and organisations insofar as permitted by individual compatibilities and this Charter;
• the Organisation issues directives for systemic, economic, technological and educational renewal on the members’ territories and/or itself implements the same in accordance with the principles of the new German Constitution in conjunction with the individual wishes of the respective member, which, however, must not violate the principles of the new German Constitution, with every nation being entitled to exercise any reservations it may have;
• the Organisation trains people who are prepared to work in accordance with the values and principles of the new German Constitution, are willing to translate them into national law and to apply and observe them in all member states;
• the Organisation establishes its own executive organ to combat crime and corruption, to implement the directives of the Organisation and to enforce the new system structures and purposes in the member countries.

Article 2

The Organisation and its members, in pursuit of the purposes stated in Article 1, shall act in accordance with the following principles:

1. The Organisation is based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all its members.
2. All members, in order to ensure to all of them the rights and benefits resulting from membership, shall fulfil in good faith the obligations assumed by them in accordance with the present Charter.
3. All members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.
4. All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of both indirect and direct force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Renewed United Nations.
5. All members shall give the Renewed United Nations every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the present Charter and the respective individual agreements, and shall refrain from giving assistance to any state against which the Renewed United Nations is taking preventive or enforcement action.
6. The Organisation shall ensure that states which are not members of the Renewed United Nations act in accordance with these principles so far as may be necessary for the maintenance of international peace and security.
7. The Organisation provides every member with all knowledge which assists in accomplishing a peaceful transformation of the social and systemic structures when the member is ready for such a transformation, when the maturity for dealing responsibly with the knowledge concerned is assured and when implementation of the knowledge appears realistic.
8. The Organisation always makes efforts for co-operation in every field.
9. The present Charter shall give the Renewed United Nations full authority to intervene in matters which are essentially within the national jurisdiction of any state or shall require the members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter when the memberstate did not exercise any reservations when adopting the Charter.
10. Every member state is entitled to agree individual reservations of any kind with the Organisation so as not to adopt the Charter or to formally restrict the rights of the Organisation in the Charter.
11. The Organisation publishes all agreements with its members and is publicly accountable for its work in this respect.
